I am Cena Block, the Mom-preneur Clarity Catalyst, and Owner of Sane Spaces, LLC Professional Organizing and Productivity Consulting. My commitment is helping professional moms and Mom-Preneurs who do it all find balance, enrichment, fulfillment, and clarity while living a life they love. I’ve worked through the process… and I can help you find your way too.

I am a straight-talking change facilitator, trainer, coach, and organizer committed to helping you find and define what is most important to you, right now. While working together, I hold the space for you to hear yourself and work toward real, self-driven solutions. I encourage you to take action, be more productive and efficient, heal your spaces and relationships, and get out of your own way. I am committed to real results. I believe that sanity comes through clear spaces, self, systems and the support you need to be successful now and in the future.

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, and a Master’s Degree in Corporate Communications from Ithaca College. I also hold certifications in a number of Human Performance Technologies and Training Programs. My areas of expertise span from resume’ and career development skills through team-building, business skills, management and leadership training, to working with chronically disorganized individuals and those who struggle with ADHD, OCD, PTSD, Anxiety and Depression.

I proudly share my life with my husband and our two sons. Although my business background often informs my intuition and actions, it is my children and husband who constantly remind me that aspiring toward balance gives me the precious time to play and truly enjoy my life.
