Acceptance

“Acceptance” is about quieting that inner critic, clearly recognizing and accepting who you are, what is happening in the present moment, and regarding that experience with compassion.

What would it mean to you to open yourself to your reality? What about opening to the reality of others? To live in acceptance of what is true for you?

By accepting what is so, your current pain can become a doorway to openness, freedom and liberation.

What condition do you need to accept and stop fighting?

By simple practices of mindfulness, acceptance and forgiveness can lead you to encounter the wholeness, wisdom, and love that are your deepest nature.
