Staying organized is a priority in my position because I have so many projects, committees and events to keep track of at any one time. I keep my office very neat … except for the inbox pile of “to do” items sitting on the corner of my desk. I attended Cena’s “Power Office!” workshop because it was being held at the Chamber and I wanted to support her. I didn’t think that I really had any issues with being organized… that is until Cena explained about different personalities and how they manage their “stuff”. In a fun and kind way, she explained to me that I am a visual person… and thus the reason for the in box pile as I am hesitant to file things away out of fear of forgetting to do something. I now use Cena’s techniques and have become truly efficient in my organizing, which is saving me both in time and stress. Oh! And that in box paper stack pile? Every week it is empty by Friday afternoon! Thank you Cena for helping me when I didn’t realize that I needed it! I highly recommend having Cena teach your business employees how to stop costly disorganization mistakes and become more productive.
