I cannot thank you enough for the work that you did with our team for the upcoming year’s planning process. You did an OUTSTANDING job and everyone was complimentary of how you led the session. I appreciated you taking the time to do a thorough needs assessment and plan weeks before our meeting. While I didn’t anticipate the agenda changing, I was completely impressed with your ability to immediately shift gears that morning in response to a very current business need. I realize the process was extremely tedious and required you to completely flex. But by the end of a very productive day, we were able to create goals and expectations that were meaningful and will have a positive impact on our business. We could not have achieved that without your successful facilitation and expertise.
