I know it may sound counter-intuitive to spend your time doing NOTHING but exercising. But, research has shown that exercise boosts blood flow and brain functioning, as well as functioning on a cellular level. Therefore the 20-60 minutes spent on exercising alone can increase your cognitive functioning, creativity, problem solving and productivity throughout the day. In fact a NASA study showed employees who exercised daily worked at 100% efficiency after seven hours, while those who didn’t saw a 50% drop, meaning it took them twice as long to accomplish the same thing. Exercising daily then creates a much higher mode of overall personal performance over time!
Just do it!
