There are multiple studies about the inefficiency of multitasking! Stop it, just for one day. Instead for one day – try this: Do one thing at a time. Finish a task before you start a new one. Stop your urge to jump from one thing to another. See what happens when you actually focus and complete your tasks on your to do list. If you can’t hold out for an entire day – then stick to your tasks for one hour. What happens?
