I don’t believe in making resolutions but I do love to set intentions.
I’m excited to share a post by my friend Sangita Patel. Sangita is a author, speaker, and energy healer (and a wonderful friend of mine!) Her journey began after surviving a car accident and losing her only brother. When Sangita embraced her inner self, she awakened her natural ability to heal. I’ve worked with Sangita personally, and know of her amazing, intuitive gifts. She is committed to help those who are willing to heal themselves to live a joy filled life.
She is an Integrated Energy Therapy® Master Instructor, Spring Forest Qigong Practitioner, EFT practitioner, Teacher of Seraphic Wisdom. She is the owner of Embrace Your Inner Self and you may find her on Facebook at www.facebook.com/Embraceyourinnerself, Twitter at @sangita019 and LinkedIn at http://linkd.in/1owcED5
Thanks so much Sangita for sharing your insights with us! Read on to become inspired!
The past is past and the future is coming, so let’s be here right now, in this very moment, and get ready for another rollercoaster ride around the planet.
Unfolding The Year Behind
Before we start 2015, let’s take a moment to look back over the last twelve months. Maybe there were lots of changes for you in 2014. Maybe it’s been a year of growing or exploring or letting go. Whatever’s happened this year it’s got you to this point, right now. Exactly where you’re meant to be. Pick up your pen and let’s do some digging.
- First of all, did you have a word for 2014?
- If you did, how did your word help to guide you through the last 12 months?
- What did you embrace in 2014?
- What did you learn in 2014?
- What did you let go in 2014?
- What or who did you forgive?
Let’s think about your ACHIEVEMENTS in 2014.
- List three things that went really well this year — what are you most proud of?
- Describe 2014 in 3 words
Planning The Year Ahead
I love how a new year holds so much POSSIBILITY. It’s a blank slate, a new page to be filled with whatever we want. There will always be the responsibilities and routines of our every day, but that doesn’t mean we have to keep doing things in the same old way. Whether you wish to bring in big changes or just a bit of fine-tuning, it’s all to play for in 2015. Let’s make it happen!
