As a mompreneur, building a business takes time and hard work. Adding partnerships or collaborations with other companies can help increase your brand’s awareness and provide you with other avenues to grow your business.
Providing More Value to Existing Clients
By forming relationships with other companies, you could be introducing your existing clients to net new solutions, products or services that you will provide. You generally have the best relationships with your existing clients and have become a trusted advisor to them. They will turn to you to provide them with the latest and greatest solutions to meet their needs. Working with other companies to extend your services will not only help your clients, but also provide more revenues to your bottom line. Offering new products can also ensure that you keep your clients and they do not start looking elsewhere for services that your company offers.
Building relationships with companies that can enhance your existing service offerings can also support your existing clients. For instance, maybe you currently perform your services a specific way (maybe using a paper based solution) and you are looking to increase your productivity and manage these services using new technology. Certain technology relationships can increase your awareness of how best to use the technology and how to make it effective for your business and your clients. Additionally, adding technology solutions to help your business can actually streamline your services capabilities.
Providing your Services to New Net Clients
Your services and skills will come in handy with companies that are looking to grow their company by extending services that you offer. Your organization might offer organizing skills to a client, maybe even managing a whole home decluttering project. The skills to perform this project might entail project management, communications, disposal management, negotiation and more. These skills could be leveraged as a trained professional to teach a closet company on how to sell systems to the public or offer your services to help clients better understand the implementation of organizing systems.
The relationships you form with these types of companies can expose your organization to net new clients which will have the ability to help you grow your client base and also your company. This relationship could also create efficiencies because the partnership you formed has clients that need services that you could provide reducing the amount of marketing you might require to attain these clients and helping your partner company retain their clients.
Building relationships with other companies big or small can go a long way to supporting your existing clients, increasing your brand, gaining marketing and sales efficiencies, and building strong supportive relationships with net new clients. Take a look at what opportunities await your company by forming strategic relationships with organizations that can help your company grow.
