There are lots of ways that tech makes it easy to create and track a schedule. You can do it on your phone or on your computer. You can share a calendar with family and friends via the cloud. In fact, you can skip the paper calendar entirely. But should you? Probably not, say the experts.
That’s because although they share the same letters and numbers, writing by hand and taking notes on a computer isn’t the same thing. They don’t exercise the same muscles and make the same connections in the mind. In fact, when you write by hand, you put big sections of your brain to use and you also remember things too.
