Cena Block is on a mission to help high-performing professionals and entrepreneurs with ADHD who struggle to manage it all, align and live productively. She’s a certified ADHD Coach, business consultant, author, and master facilitator. She is the founder and CEO of SaneSpaces.com and creator of the Time & Space Style Inventory™, the first online productivity assessment.
Her clients find crystal clear focus and tether to what matters most to them. Overwhelm disappears as clients learn about the neuroscience behind motivation, behavior, and emotional set points. Clients go ‘inward’ to build neuroplasticity and regain control of their time, priorities, boundaries and develop supportive systems, habits, and routines to support their bullet-train brains.
