Introduction
Instructional workshops offer excellent content for staff development, productivity, and team interventions, and for supervisor, management and employee skills improvement. Workshops can be presented as either half or full-day versions at client sites or locations. Half-day workshops offer content and some application, while full-day workshops include personal and team application, role plays and application. (All workshops are presented as 4 hour workshops complete with breaks.)
Workshop Description
Managing time is challenging for everyone, especially when you have ADHD. This workshop is for participants who struggle with time management. The intention of the workshop is to give people with ADHD more freedom, flexibility and power over the time you spend at work. The session helps attendees identify the key ADHD blindspots and 5 Key Factors that help them move from blindspots to a way they can prioritize, plan and complete tasks consistently. This session will help people figure out what may be missing in their habits that can allow them to maximize productivity. Learn to pinpoint when to take control and when to let go. Focus and align priorities and tasks according to the 5 key factors that will allow you maximize the time you have and juggle the pieces easily.
