Introduction
Instructional workshops offer excellent content for staff development, productivity and team interventions, and for supervisor, management and employee skills improvement. Workshops can be presented as either half or full day versions at client sites or locations. Half-day workshops offer content and some application, while full-day workshops include personal and team application, role plays and application. (All workshops are presented as 4 hour workshops complete with breaks.)
Workshop Description
Do you remember the days of Total Quality Management (TQM) and Six Sigma? To save costs and run lean, today’s work processes have to be efficient, repeatable, easy to maintain, and simple to implement. With today’s ever-changing workforce and the influx of new employees, the stamina and strength of work systems and processes will differentiate businesses that thrive in the economy. Workflow processes can be easily improved when you bring the ‘doers’ and the ‘planners’ together to examine and rework processes to be more efficient. This workshop is designed for cross-functional teams and homogenous groups that wish to improve results, lower costs, decrease process cycle time, improve customer satisfaction and work process flows.
